The updated version of the Forekaster is aimed directly at modern short-travel (100mm-130mm) trail bikes, i.e., the "downcountry" segment
Designed as a capable tire, the new Forekaster rolls fast, but also offers solid cornering and braking traction in a wide range of trail conditions
The tread is densely packed to increase rolling efficiency, the side knobs are taller to improve cornering grip, and raised ridges on the casing help shed mud
When an Aspen isn't enough, but a Minion is too much, choose the Forekaster
