Tubeless cross-country and trail tire insert

Vittoria’s Air-Liner Light is a new tubeless mountain bike tire insert that enhances the performance and capabilities of the wheel-tire system. Designed for cross-country, enduro, and trail use, the Air-Liner Light was developed in collaboration with professional cross-country team riders and mechanics and has been used on mountain bike World Cup stages. The Air-Liner Light is the lightest and fastest tubeless mountain bike tire insert on the market.

Imperceptible to the rider, the Air-Liner Light improves bike handling, making it more agile and faster. The insert also allows for progressive tire compression under load. For the bike, this translates into more stability and grip, and for the rider, it means optimized riding feel.

In the event of a puncture and loss of pressure, the Air-Liner Light expands, ensuring excellent tire support and allowing the rider to reach the technical zone to change wheels or even cross the finish line without a time penalty.

The insert also maximizes puncture protection. Thanks to its unique foam composition, the Air-Liner Light provides exceptional shock absorption in addition to preventing punctures caused by violent impacts of the tire against the rim sidewalls (pinch flats).

The Air-Liner Light is compatible with 29”x 2.1” to 29”x 2.4” mountain bike tires, with rim channels ranging from 25 mm to 30 mm in width. It is suitable for all types of tire sealant.

The Air-Liner Light must only be used with tubeless tires and multiway tubeless valves. The Air-Liner Light insert packaging includes a 40 mm long Vittoria Green Multiway Tubeless valve.
